The AI dashcam uses facial recognition to identify the driver and link detected driving behaviors to their individual safety profile. This is biometric data collection. Data is used solely for driver behavior matching and is never sold or shared. Deleted within 60 days of cancellation.
User Responsibility for Evolving Law: It is your responsibility to monitor and comply with applicable biometric law in your jurisdiction, now and in the future. The company's obligation is limited to disclosures current as of signing. Illinois residents require separate BIPA written consent.
DGSeniors is a safety monitoring tool, not a guarantee of safe driving or accident prevention. You remain responsible for the senior driver's safety and any decisions regarding their continued driving. DGSeniors' liability is limited to fees paid in the 3 months preceding any claim.
