DGSeniors is a senior driver safety program provided by DriveGuardians (Palo Alto, CA). The $38/month program fee covers software access, AI driving score, incident detection, video clips, monthly reports, family app access, and conversation guides. The dashcam hardware is purchased separately.
The account must be created by an adult aged 18 or older. You are responsible for ensuring the dashcam is installed only in vehicles where you have authorization to install monitoring equipment. We strongly recommend that the senior driver be informed about and consent to the program.
Monthly billing with no minimum term. Cancel anytime by emailing DGSeniors@DriveGuardians.com or calling (878) 888-2811. Cancellation takes effect at end of current billing period. Monthly fees are non-refundable once the period has started.
The dashcam is a separate hardware purchase. Return it in working condition within 60 days of cancellation to receive 50% of the original hardware cost back. Or pass it to another family — they sign up for the program independently. Contact us for a return authorization number.
Designed for easy self-installation via OBD-II port. If you request a professional installer referral, that installer is an independent contractor. DGSeniors is not a party to the agreement between you and any installer and is not responsible for installer fees, availability, or workmanship.
The AI dashcam uses facial recognition to match the driver's identity with AI-detected driving behaviors. This constitutes biometric data collection under applicable state laws. By activating the program you consent to this use as described in the Privacy Policy.
Illinois (BIPA): A separate written consent form is required before facial recognition activates. This will be provided at sign-up.
Texas, Colorado, Oregon, California, Washington: A Biometric Data Acknowledgment is required at sign-up before facial recognition activates.
You may opt out of facial recognition at any time by emailing DGSeniors@DriveGuardians.com. Driving monitoring continues without driver-identity matching.
